Care instructions are straightforward: wipe the band clean with a lint-free cloth, and for deep cleaning use isopropyl alcohol with a lint-free cloth, then rinse with water and allow it to dry fully before wearing. If you have eczema, allergies, or other sensitivities, or if the band is worn too tightly, you may be more likely to experience irritation, so proper tension and cleaning are important.
